At the present time we offer delivery for items via the neofriend or trade method. We are currently only selling neopoints on preloaded accounts.

Below is information about these procedures:

1. Items
If you choose the neofriend method to receive your items there is nothing you need to do except confirm that your account allows gifts from neofriends and that you have less than 50 items in your inventory. If you choose the trade method you will need to go to the mystery island trading post and put any random junk item up for trade. We will then bid your purchase on this junk item.

2. Neopoints
All neopoints are on preloaded accounts. The account information will be emailed to your PayPal account email address. Make sure to double check your spam/junk folder to ensure that the email with your account information was not put there. If it has been over 24 hours and you still have not received your account information, contact us immediately!
